Exclusive testimonial of hope revealed inside!
“If this book had existed when I was a pregnant teenager, I might have learned much earlier from Rachel Brignoni what a whole lot of hard knocks hammered into me: It's not what happens to you that matters so much as how you think about it. Having a child as a very young woman is a tragedy or a blessing. You get to decide--and you get to hold the reigns of your life. Reading this book will help you learn how.”
– Beverly Donofrio, Best-selling Author of Riding in Cars with Boys and Former Pregnant Teen
"Being a pregnant teen is very difficult. I know, I was one. There are the emotions of fear, anxiety, embarrassment to name a few that come to you during this time. You need to look within yourself. It is important for you to be steadfast, strong and positive. It is also important to have the support of loved ones. Reading this book can provide the tools and positive advice to give you the strength and encouragement to get you through this trying time. After reading the book, pick it up from time to time. It will help to keep you on the right track..."

Chapter 5 - Knowing Your Traits
"This exercise involves becoming aware of both positive and negative aspects of your personality. There is no right or wrong way to complete the exercise. The benefit of creating these lists is to become more familiar with your beliefs and characteristics. This is the beginning stage of self-discovery, which will be helpful to you and your baby. Self-awareness is a critical first step in your journey to freedom from low self-esteem and guilt. You will gain insight into the reasons why you react in certain ways. Understanding your reactions will help eliminate automatic response and give you a brief moment to pause. That is the moment you will be set free. It will allow you to concretely and purposefully decide your reactions and ultimately help shape your character as you begin to derive a sense of true power. Where you may have felt powerless in the past, you will now experience power. You may not be able to change how others act; however, you can change how you react in all circumstances. Self-awareness is the key to discovering personal freedom."
